Following the plans, but not able to finish some of the consoles due to not being able to prime, I moved to the next step, attaching the horizontal stabilizer (followed by the vertical in subsequent steps). I spent alot of this hour and a half, studying the plans, and taking my time to make sure I understood exactly what needed to be done - one wrong move with the drill could spell disaster. I separated the F810E spacers per the plans and then leveled the fuselage at the center section (left and right or laterally) and via the aft deck (longitudinaly). Then I got the horizontal stab out of the basement storage and leveled it in place per the plans and then clamped it down losely. I then measured, check, re-check, double re-checked everything and chickened out on drilling the holes. I was nearing the end of the time I had available and didn't want to rush a fairly critical step. So far, so good.

Tail is level with fuselage.
Tail is centered on the aft deck (not ref line) and propped up with a 3/16 drill bit (per plans)
