Finished squeezing the flush rivets out on the tips and squeezed the last universal rivets for the HS on the end rib to rear spar attach and inboard (root) rib to rear spar attach. Once that was done I was back to squeezing flush rivets, this time for the rear spar to the skin. After that was complete I was flying and all I had left was 4 blind (pop) rivets that attach the center rib to the rear spar. Feel great to be done with my first sub-assembly!!!These numbers are approximates:400 Flush rivets, 166 Universal rivets, 10 blind rivets to a total of 576 rivets!Total hours to this point is: 51.5 hrs
I love sqeezin' rivets.
The very last rivet in the horizontal stabilizer going in (blind rivet)
576 rivets and several pounds of sheet metal in tight formation
