Brief Description:  Reinstall Dynon D10A EFIS in Panel

I received my Dynon D10A EFIS back from the manufacturer today. They had to replace a capacitor to get it to boot up. I asked if I might have caused it with improper wiring, etc and they said no. Whew! I won't have to troubleshoot my wiring. They also brought the software up to date and charged the internal battery and brought it back to life as well,,,all for one low, low service price.

The first thing I did was reinstall the internal battery and fired it up on the bench. It booted up just fine so I went ahead and reinstalled the unit back in the panel and fired it up with ships power. You can also see the companion EIS unit is also working just fine in the picture below. Sweet!
