Brief Description: Bolt / Safety Wire FAB Mount Plate to Carb
Today I bolted the FAB mount plate to the carburetor and safety wired the bolts. I then bolted the FAB to the mount plate and installed the lower cowl to see how things lined up. The neck of the FAB intake lines up nicely with the lower cowl intake. My next step was to take all of the appropriate measurements between the flange of the cowl intake and the neck of the FAB so I will know where to trim the fiberglass extension that I will need to make on the cowl in order to connect up with the FAB.
