Brief Description: Final Trim Right Aft Corner Baffles; Reinf Screw H
Today I removed the aft right baffle and did the final trimming and deburring of the top edge. Then I decided to make a couple of doubler plates for the two unreinforced screw holes. I'm not sure why the plans don't call out for this on these holes while doing so on all others. Better safe than sorry though. I'd hate to have to replace or redo these baffles if they happen to crack around these holes. My final task for the day was to make the doubler plates for the flanges of the cylinder fin wraps. These need to be reinforced since they will be used to pull the wraps tight around the bottom of the cylinders with a wire that joins them to the corresponding cylinder fin wraps on the front baffles.
