Brief Description: Cut Flanges Off Part 8; Fabricate Angle Replacemen
The right aft corner baffles, parts 7 and 8, did not match up well. The flanges on part 8 were not bent to align properly with part 7. Since there was no way to rebend the flanges I decided to cut them off altogether and join the two baffles with some 3/4 x 3/4 angles. The angles fill the corner gaps nicely and will make for a stronger corner joint.
Once the angles were fabricated and drilled they were clamped to the baffles which and the baffles match-drilled.
