Brief Description: Front Baffles - Mark Top Edges for Final Trim
I used the paperclip method to mark the final trim line for the top edges of the baffles. I didn't have enough paperclips to do all of the baffle top edges at once so I started with the front baffles first. I placed a paperclip every inch or so along the top edges, installed the upper cowl to push the paperclips down to match the contour of the cowl, then removed the upper cowl and measured 3/8" down from the top of each paperclip giving my final trim line. Worked great!
