Brief Description: Trim, Drill, Debur, Bolt Part 12 to Engine & Parts
Today I worked on securing the tops of the front baffles to the engine by first trimming Part12 to fit the contour of the engine block so it could be bolted into position. Front baffle Parts 1 and 11 were then drilled to the flange of Part 12 using a right-angle drill. Everything was then deburred, cleaned, alodined and then Part 12 was bolted to the engine and torqued to specs.
