The plans indicated that the bends in the reinforcement angle and flange of the part 4 side baffle had to be adjusted so that parts 4 and 5, when joined together at the corner, would both align with the engine nicely. I had to open these bends to be a bit wider than 90 degree's.
Once these bends were done I used the mounting hole in part 4 to match drill the reinforcement angle.
Parts 4 and 5 were then installed on the engine along with the FF-709 oil cooler reinforcement plate, the FF-713 spacer, and the reinforcement angle all clamped together. I then used a 90 degree drill to match drill two alignment holes in all of the components using a couple of the previously drilled holes in part 5 and the oil cooler doubler as a guide.
