Brief Description: Trial Fit Cowl Halves - Edges Line Up Nicely
I clecoed the top forward skin back onto the fuselage along with the top cowl firewall hinge and then reinstalled the lower and upper cowl's. All of the edges match up nicely again. The next step will be to mark the top edges of the baffles for their final trimming. There needs to be a 3/8" to 1/2" gap between the top edges of the baffles and the upper cowl. The flexible rubber baffle seal will bridge this gap and provide a nice seal between the baffles and the upper cowl.
