Brief Description: Drill Part 2 - Left Inlet Floor to Parts 2R and 14
I marked and drilled the rivet pattern on the Part 2R reinforcement angle on the workbench and then reinstalled it back on the engine. The left inlet floor (Part 2) was then clamped into position and match-drilled to the reinforcement angle.
The Part 14 attachment angle was then positioned and clamped to the underside of the inlet floor and match drilled to both the floor and Part 2R reinforcement angle.
The next step was to drill the Part 14 attachment angle for the screw that will be used to attach this to the engine. This is always a difficult thing since the hole is already of course in the engine and I'm not sure what the trick is to blindy locate this on Part 14. I ended up guessing where to drill and then elongating the hole where I was off. There must be a better way to deal with these types of situations.
