Brief Description: Connect J2 Harness to GMA-340 Backplate - Audio
The only wiring I did today was to screw the J2 Approach Systems harness to the Garmin GMA-340 audio panel back plate. I couldn't install the J1 harness since I'm missing one C-shaped nutplates that are needed to secure the D-Sub connector. I've looked all over the internet for one of these but haven't been successful in finding one. I'll have to get Matt to have his Avionics guy Dennis track one down for me.
Once the J2 harness was connected to the backplate I wired the two power leads to a single 5amp fuse on the E-bus per the installation manual. I also connected up the ground leads.
