Brief Description:  Learn How to Cap the Fiberglass Stabilizer Tips

My final fiberglassing lesson at Matt's was capping one of the old horizontal stabilizer tips that I had from an old RV-6 tail kit that Ben and I bought several years ago. I wasn't quite sure how to go about this but it turned out to be very easy.Basically you just cut a piece of honeycomb or foam to the shape that you need, sand the surfaces and flox them together. Then apply mico to make everything smooth. Simple!
