Brief Description: Mark/Trim Front and Side Edges, Trim and Debur
I am going through a ton of duct tape with each iteration of fitting the canopy, marking the cut, and then cutting/deburring the plexiglass. The front and sides have to be held down the same each time against the frame and against some reference marks I've made on the front and aft skins. For this iteration I needed to trim the front corners and sides. Once the canopy was marked, it was back to the sawhorses and out with the die grinder and cutoff wheel. I deburred each edge immediately after making the cuts.
