Brief Description: Trial Fit Canopy to Fuselage; Mark for Next Cuts
Once I had cut the edges up to the tooling or clamp marks along the perimeter of the canopy, I tracked down some help to put the canopy back on the fuselage. I had marked a forward reference line approximately 1-3/4" back from the leading edge of the canopy top skin according to the instructions as well as a center line on the front and back top skins to help position the canopy consistently through each iteration of mark, cut, trial fit, repeat.It's definitely a judgement call on where to make each cut. Once I marked the front for the next series of cuts I removed the canopy again and placed it on the sawhorses.
