Once I had my shop kind of organized I decided to clean off the dust from the horizontal stabilizer and bolt it to the fuselage. Four bolts for the rear spar and four bolts for the front spar all torqued to 25 in-ibs and the horizontal stabilizer is permanently attached to the fuselage.
Horizontal stabilizer - 4 rear spar bolts torqued
Horizontal stabilizer - 4 front spar bolts torqued
