Brief Description: Rivet Top Channel - Forward and Aft
Today I took care of a ton of small tasks that have been outstanding for a while now. I shot the forward and aft ends of the top canopy channel. The forward end was riveted to the rollbar and the aft end was riveted to the F706 bulkhead, spacer, and top skins. There is a depression in the top skins where the aft end of this channel was riveted. I may end up filling this area later. It's not really dented, but since there are 8 closely spaced AN426-4 rivets, there is a definite depression in the top skin. Bummer.
