My finger tips were so sore this morning I dreaded the idea of having to do more sanding. I wrapped each finger tip with band-aids and that did the trick! I wish I had done that yesterday. The pressure of sanding still bothered my fingers but at least the raw, open areas were protected and not aggravated with today's sanding.Anyway, I was able to finish up all of the sanding, cleaning, and pinhole filling today. The canopy is ready for priming again but that will have to wait until tomorrow.I sanded with 40 grit, then 80, then 150, then 320,,,which brought the surfaces to a very smooth finish! Here are some pictures of the targa strip and right side.
