Brief Description: Bend Flanges in Lightening Holes of F-7128 Reinfor
Today I found a piece of hardword and made a small tool to bend the stiffening flanges in the lightening holes of the F-7128 canopy reinforcement brackets. I made a 1/4" deep cut in the wood using the bandsaw and then used this slot along the circumference of the holes to bend the flanges. It's not perfect and I'm not sure if I can remove the small ripples along these flanges but that would definitely help to provide a smoother look.
