Brief Description: Match Drill Rear Window Backing Strip to Top Skin
I started the day off by match drilling the rear window backing strips to the top skin. I centered the drill jig that I made yesterday over each hole using the back end of a #27 drill bit. Once the holes were aligned I clamped the jig in place and drilled the backing strip. This worked out very well and none of the holes in the thin top skin were enlarged.
