Brief Description:  Drill C-703 Splice Plate / Jig to 1 F-631A Channel

The plans have you drill the C-703 splice plate to just one of the F-631A channels. The other one will be drilled after both channels are pushed upwards and outwards tight against the plexiglass canopy. However, since the C-703 splice plate mounts on the aft side of the channels and since there is no access from behind to drill the splice plate to the other channel because of the roll-bar, I decided to make a drill jig using the C-703 as a pattern in making the jig. The channels will sandwich between the splice plate in the back and the jig in the front. I can then use the holes in the jig mounted on the front to drill the other F-631A channel once everything is positioned properly.
