I started off today by polishing the edges of the lower ends of each of the vertical angles that I tapered yesterday. These look much nicer now. Then I bolted the brake pedals and master cylinders to the rudder pedals. I torqued these bolts to 25 in-lbs and installed cotter pins. However, I probably shouldn't have done this. The pedals are pretty stiff and I'm not sure if the pressure in the brake system will be enough to overcome the friction. I'll have to check with Van's to see what to do here. I'll probably have to loosen things up.
