I didn't have too much trouble mounting the tire to the nose wheel. I used lots of baby powder to make sure the tube would unfold when inflated. I also used a mirror to make sure the tube didn't get pinched while bolting the two wheel halves together. I will replace and torque these bolts eventually but I need to place an order with Aircraft Spruce first. I also need some Aeroshell grease in order to repack the wheel bearings on the main wheels. To make sure the tube seated properly, I inflated the tube to 65 psi and deflated several times. I think the final pressure is at 31 psi.
