I received my order from Aircraft Spruce for some T6 3/8"x0.058 tubing so I made the 6 U-408 spacers for the wheel pant brackets. I won't actually need these until I'm ready to install the wheel pants but at least they are done and I can store them with the U-810 brackets until needed.I also removed the Allen head bolts from the U-403 brake mounting brackets so I could slide and bolt the caliper brackets against the outboard face of the U-403 brackets. The plans call out 3 AN4-11A and 1 AN4-5A bolts. The longer bolts would ordinarily get the U-408 spacers to offset the U-810 wheel pant brackets but since I'm not installing the wheel pants at this time I decided to go with all AN4-5A bolts and no spacers or brackets.
