The correct R607PP reinforcement plate arrived from Van's today. You can see how much smaller the original plate was. I match drilled the new plate to the spar and then deburred it and polished the edges on the scotchbrite wheel. It was then washed and primed. I had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy a 5' section of aluminum angle. This will be used to keep the trailing edge straight while it is being pro-sealed. I used the pre-punched holes in the wedge to drill the angle.
