I sanded the edges on the rudder skins today and then polished them by hand with a purple scotchbrite pad. The trailing edges of the two skins were then dimpled. I also primed the lead counterweight today. I forgot to prime the lead counterweight's on the elevator and will need to go back and do those as well. This is very important since having the two dissimilar metals in contact with each other is very corrosive.
