Brief Description: Final Trim / Drill Bottom Tip to Rudder
Today I did some final trimming of the rudder bottom tip, mostly around the front cut-out for the lower hinge. The primer along the aluminum flanges of the rudder was removed and the flanges of the fiberglass tips were sanded. Once all of the prep work was done I measured and layed out the rivet pattern and then drilled and clecoed the bottom tip to the rudder.
