Brief Description: Adjust and Bolt Right Flap Pushrod
I installed a clamp on the right step for the right flap to rest on in the full up position. The flap actuator arms in the fuselage were also raised to their full up positions. I was then able to adjust the right flap pushrod to the correct length and tighten the jam nuts and bolt the top of the pushrod to the actuator arm. I used high strength loctite on the jam nuts to prevent them from loosening up. I also ran a bead of orange torque inspection laquer across all the nuts for easy inspection to make sure these nuts do not come loose.
