I struggled and struggled with the flap pushrod holes. Nothing in the plans other than "trim to fit". I wasn't sure what the dimensions of the holes should be. These are awkward holes because they involve both the side and bottom skins. Fortunately I had a ton of pictures from Oshkosh and Sun-n-Fun that gave me a great starting point. I know the holes are undersized at the moment but I'm going to wait until I install the flaps and hook them up to the flap motor to see what the final shapes should be.
