Brief Description: Bend Heat Baffle Louvre's; Edge Prep
I spent a fair amount of time bending the louvre tabs for cabin heat today. This took a lot of clamping and thumb pressure, especially on the shorter tabs. Basically I just clamped a piece of angle along each bend line and then used my thumbs to push the tabs over. This was difficult because of how close the tabs were to each other. It was tough to bend one without bending the thin strip of base material between the tabs. Once I got this done though, I moved on to deburring and edge prep. I was able to finish the firewall recess and fuel selector valve cover.
