I fixed up the F709 bulkhead today. The tabs used to overlap which would have prevented a nice flush fit to the top skins. I trimmed these tabs to remove the overlap and then deburred them. Then I riveted the F709 to the aft deck using the pneumatic squeezer. The next thing I worked on was the top J-Channels. I had to cut the ends similar to what was done earlier on the lower J-channels. Once this was done I drew a center line along the full length of the channels and then slid them into place along with the forward triangular top gusset.
