Brief Description: Alodine Bottom Skin; Drill Out Rivets
I had mistakenly placed rivets in all of the holes around the spar cutout. The bottom rivet on the forward side needed to be left open since the bottom forward skin will be inserted and riveted using this hole. So,,,I drilled this rivet out on each side. These holes will be riveted using blind rivets according to the plans. I missed this. The next thing that I did was clean the areas of the center section and forward section bottom skins that I wanted to alodine and prime. I just used acetone for this and then the alodine pen. Very easy.
