Brief Description: Cleco and Drill Firewall to Side Skins
The next thing that I worked on was clecoing the firewall and the forward bottom skin to the fuselage. The firewall was positioned by drawing a centerline along the length of the reinforcing angle that is riveted along the bottom the firewall. Once this line bisected each of the prepunched holes in the bottom forward skin, the firewall was securely clamped and 2 keeper holes were drilled through the bottom corners of the firewall reinforcement angle using the prepunched holes in the bottom skin as a guide.
