I was nervous about making the bends in the side skins. There were a couple of people on the RV List that had cracked their skins on the forward end since this is where the bend becomes 90 degrees. I ended up using lots of clamps and a 2x4 with a rounded edge for support. I think the guys who developed cracks were using steel plates for support and to form the bend and perhaps this didn't provide enough of a radius for the bend which resulted in cracks. Just a guess. This bend came out pretty well.
