Brief Description: Center Section: Rivet Ribs to F705 Bulkh
I had a very difficult time setting some of the rivets along the base of the F705 bulkhead that join the seat and baggage ribs to the bulkhead itself. I set as many of these as I could with the pneumatic squeezer and shot the rest. I ended up messing up several of these rivets both with the squeezer and with the rivet gun / bucking bar. These had to be drilled out and reset. It is always difficult joining two set of ribs to a bulkhead or spar. One of the rivets that I drilled out ended up in an enlarged hole. I decided it was best to drill this one out to 3/16" and then to use a bolt rather than a rivet as a fastener.
