I did some final prep work on the bulkheads today. I found out from another builder's web site that the slots in the bulkheads for the longerons were undersized and needed to be enlarged. I filed these slots large enough for a test angle to fit and then deburrd and polished the edges. I also discovered that the small tabs on the flanges of the bulkheads on the tight radius corners overlapped each other. I trimmed these so they wouldn't touch and so they would allow the tabs to lie flat against the fuselage skins. I also enlarged one of the 5/8" wiring holes to 13/16" in each bulkhead in order to run conduit through the aft fuselage rather than just using snap bushings. I think this will make running the wires to the white light on the rudder easier.
