I drilled and clecoed the J-Channels to the bulkheads and side skins today. I had marked centerlines along the length of each J-Channel before I inserted them the other day so all I had to do today was make sure the centerlines were showing through each of the prepunched holes in the skin before drilling them. I clecoed them in place as I went.
