I started the next aft bulkhead today. The 3 bulkhead pieces were all warped and bent. These are very thin and flimsy pieces. I did my best to flute and straighten them but this is kind of futile. I'm sure they will staighten out fine once they are clecoed/riveted to skins and the rest of the fuselage structure. Once I had the F706 parts semi-straight I deburred the edges using a small scotchbrite wheel in the die grinder. Once this was done I had to fabricate a couple of angles from 0.063 3/4x3/4 stock. Unfortunately I think I am out of it. I ended up ordering a couple of 6' sections from Van's. In the meantime I was able to make 2 of the 3 reinforcement angles that will be used for the bellcrank structure that will be just aft of this bulkhead
