Brief Description: F705 Bulkhead: Drill Top Angles
The plans indicate that the top channels need to stick up from the top of the channel by 1/8". I found a couple of 1/8" pieces of aluminum and used these as shims and clamped the angles to the top channel. The #30 holes that were previously drilled in the angles were then used as guides to match drill the channel. Once the angles were drilled to the top channel, all of the top bulkhead components were clecoed together.
