Brief Description: Countersink Top Tank Skin for Baffle
Countersinking the top tank skin for the baffle went along very quickly. This took MUCH longer for the left tank skin since I didn't use the wood at the time; I used the little countersinking jig plate that I used on the spar. This involved clecoing the jig plate to the inside of the skin, countersinking the skin, and moving the jig plate to the next hole. With the right tank skin drilled and clecoed to the wood, it only took an hour to countersink all of the holes for the baffle, drill all of the #19 holes for the screw that will fasten the tank to the spar, flip the skin over, and drill and cleco the bottom side to the wood in preparation for countersinking it tomorrow.
