Brief Description: Cut and Drill Wing Walk Doubler
I spent some time cutting the wing walk doubler to size this morning. This was done with the hand nibbler and snips. I then polished the edges on the scotchbrite wheel. The next step was to position the doubler behind the inboard skin and to clamp the pieces together with side grip cleco's. Once everything was lined up and clamped together, I drilled all of the rivet holes for the wing walk doubler using the prepunched holes in the inboard skin as a guide. I had some particle board underneath to drill and cleco into.
