Brief Description: Drill Wiring Conduit Holes; Ribs to Spar
I used the unibit in my electric drill to enlarge the rear tooling holes in the main ribs. These holes will be used to run wiring conduits to the wing tips for the position lights and strobes. Once all of the unibit work was done, these holes were deburred and polished. I then clecoed all of the main ribs to the front and rear spars. This is a little awkward because the right wing is a mirror image to the plans. You just have to be a little more careful that everything is where it should be. After everything was clecoed in place I match drilled all of the main ribs to the front and rear spars.
