There are some cosmetic things that still need to be done on the aft area of the wing tip to align perfectly with the aileron. I need to trim the trailing edge about 1/4" inch since the fiberglass sticks out past the end of the aileron. I also either need to add some shims to the top flange of the rib to raise the top surface of the fiberglass a bit to be flush with the top surface of the aileron, or I need to build up this area with some filler. I'll probably try the shims first to see that does the trick rather than adding more weight for the filler.
