Brief Description:  Debur Leading Edge Skin

I removed the leading edge from wing spar today and spent some time with the small scotchbrite wheel mounted in the die grinder deburring and polishing the edges of the leading edge skin. Once this was done I clecoed the leading edge back to the wing spar. The next step is to rivet the leading edge ribs to the spar. I'm not sure how I am going to manage this. I might be able to shoot/buck the rivets on the outboard most and inboard most ribs but it is going to me a nightmare trying to reach the center ribs to set the AN470-4 rivets. I read that some builders have used LP4-3 blind rivets here but these seem very small compared the AN470-4 rivets. Maybe I'll write to Van's and see if it would be appropriate to drill these holes slightly larger to use the beefier BSPQ-5-4 blind rivets...
