Brief Description:  More Leading Edge Prep

Once the leading edge ribs were deburred and dimpled, I spent some time smoothing the rib tips on the Scotchbrite wheel. The transition points from one tab to the next were rough and didn't provide for a very good fit against the skin. They do now...gotta love those Scotchbrite wheels! Once this was done, I spent some time with the soldering iron removing the vinyl along the rivet holes on the leading edge skin. The next step was to debur all of the holes in the skin. And finally, I used the hand squeezer to rivet all of the nutplates onto the leading edge / fuel tank coupler plate.
