Brief Description: Finish Rib Prep-Drill Ribs to Left Spars
I was able to finish straightening the last 6 main ribs today. The next step was really exciting! I retrieved the left front and rear spars from the crawl space and clecoed the left main ribs to the spars. These wings are BIG! I was hoping to build both wing simultaneously but there really isn't enough room in the basement to do this. So,,,I will be building the left wing first. The first step was to drill all of the ribs to the spars. Once this was done, everything was disassembled and the end flanges of each rib were deburred.
