Brief Description: Trim Left Wing Tip and Rib Flanges
I needed to shave another 1/8" from the aft edges of the left wing tip to provide a full 1/4" clearance between the tip and the aileron. I used a cutoff wheel in the dremel tool and then sanded the edges.
I also had to trim the flanges of the left wing tip rib to provide clearance around the reinforcement strips and nutplates that were already riveted to the left wing tip.
Another 1/8" shaved from the left wing tip to provide a full 1/4" clearance from the aileron
