Brief Description: Position and Clamp HS to Aft Deck
Once both elevator control horns were drilled I installed them both on the HS again just for fun. The bolt holes line up perfectly! The elevators now move as one unit. Next I removed the elevators and set the horizontal stabilizer on the aft deck. I took a bunch of measurements from each tip to common points on the forward fuselage. Once I was satisfied that the HS was positioned properly I clamped it in place and called it a day.
