Brief Description:  Attaching left skin to front spar / ribs

I used two come-along straps to gently secure the left side of the horizontal stablizer to the workbench to hold everything while riveting. The HS-707 was riveted to the skin first, since these are the inner most rivets. I think clecoing the HS-706, and 708 to the skins and aft flange of HS-707 before riveting anything will work better for the right side rather than trying to rivet the 707 to just the top surface of the skin first. This should hold everything in place better for riveting and prevent the problem I had earlier. Once the HS-707 was riveted to the both the top and bottom surfaces of the skins, the front-spar assembly was clecoed in place. It's actually starting to look like a real horizontal stabilizer for a real airplane! I almost forgot to remove the blue plastic on the inside before clecoing on the front-spar assembly. I was able to reach in and pull it off but it would have been easier if I had done this before riveting on the HS-707 rib.
