Brief Description: Flox/Rivet Tips to Horizontal Stabilizer
Today I sanded the inside flanges of the horizontal stabilizer, cleaned them with acetone, and then dimpled them for the fiberglass tips. Then I sanded the flanges of the fiberglass tips and also cleaned these with acetone. Then I mixed up a batch of flox and glued and pop-riveted the tips to the horizontal stabilizer. I used the flush CS4-4 pop-rivets as called out in the plans.
